Green - When I began using Anki, I downloaded some pre-made decks. Instead of simply adding the cards to my own-made decks, I kept them in a separate deck. I then flagged cards I deemed to be worthy to be transferred to my-own decks. Currently, I don't have any particular use for the green flag. Blue - Card need a technical edit.
